Researchers and nutritionists say early waking helps people do a lot of tasks, feeling calm and eliminating tension.
The daily "Daily Mail" that the experts have several tips to wake up early, including:
- Have a light dinner and stay away from fat, fries, desserts and not to drink stimulants in the evening.
- Non-use of electronic devices and separation of the Internet.
- Go to sleep early, and put the alarm clock away from you, because being close to you may make you close it unconsciously.
- Listen to music or exercise or read a book and prepare a work plan for the next day.
