Israeli occupation forces arrested 19 Palestinians in the town of Issawiya in the center of occupied Jerusalem, mostly from the family of the martyr Mohammed Samir Obaid.
Among the detainees were Ali Sufian Obaid, Mohammed Marwan Obeid, Aziz Ghassan Alian, Aziz Ammar Alian, Omar Marwan Obaid, Mohammed Fares Alian, Mohammed Sameeh Alian, Yousuf Farid Obaid, Mahmoud Abdullah Dari, Wasim Ayad Dari, Ahmed Haitham Mahmoud, Nayef Obaid , his wife and Tarek Marwan Obaid.
The town has been witnessing since Friday violent confrontations with the occupation forces, during which 50 citizens were injured. Their injuries ranged from: 7 gas injuries, 6 fractures and falls and 37 rubber bullets injuries.
