The Israeli occupation army handed over a decision to the family of Omar Barghouti from the town of Kober, northwest of Ramallah, to demolish and confiscate the apartment of her son Saleh.
Suheir Barghouti, the mother of Martyr Saleh, said she received a decision to demolish and confiscate the apartment of martyr during the Israeli establishment "hamoked" on Wednesday, adding that the occupation gave the family time to oppose the decision until Sunday evening.
The mother of the Martyr Saleh said the Hamoked Foundation would submit an objection to the decision before the Israeli High Court of Justice.
The occupation, which killed and injured several organizations, was demolished on 7 June by the House of the Martyr Saleh´s brother, Assem Barghouti, more than a month after his arrest, on charges of shooting east of Ramallah.
Saleh was quoted by the Israeli occupation forces in December December for allegedly participating in one of the two operations carried out by Asim.
