An Israeli policeman was acquitted of the charge of executing the martyr Al-Hallaq

The Israeli Public Prosecution decided today, Monday, not to appeal a judicial decision to acquit the policeman who killed the martyr Iyad al-Hallaq in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem on May 30, 2020.

This decision means that the Israeli policeman has been completely acquitted, despite the presence of evidence confirming that the martyr Al-Hallaq was executed without any guilt.

Al-Hallaq is a person with special needs, and he was shot simply because he was suspected.

The Israeli District Court acquitted its policeman on July 6 last month.
