A team of researchers in Australia has developed a new technology that can measure how well employees feel comfortable and focus in different workplaces based on artificial intelligence.
As the Corona pandemic begins to recede and staff around the world prepare to return to their workplaces, the new system created by a research team at the Australian RMIT University can provide useful information on how to provide an enabling work environment to increase the staff’s ability to focus and work Productivity.
The technology website, Vis Dot Org, reported that this project was implemented in cooperation with a team of psychologists to determine the various reasons that help the employee to focus and feel comfortable in different work environments, and then set standards to measure levels of focus during work.
AROP Engineering developed the new artificial intelligence system and tested it for 31 employees working for it over a four-week period.
The researcher, Mohamed Sidor, stated that data was collected on the rates of noise, temperature, air purity, humidity, air pressure and even magnetic fields inside offices, adding that this data was used to train the artificial intelligence system to identify ideal patterns that help the employee to focus, and then find solutions to obstacles that Reduces focus and productivity.
