The Palestinian state will go to international arbitration if Israel carries out its threats to ban importation, Foreign Minister Ryad al-Malki said on Monday.
Maliki said in an interview with "Voice of Palestine" official, that there will be steps in the event of Israel´s implementation of economic threats, most notably resort to the International Court of Arbitration, which Palestine has become a member, as will go to a number of countries, including France, the Human Rights Council and the International Court of Justice and the Assembly The General Assembly of the United Nations and all international forums to expose Israel and force it to retreat from such threatening steps taken and to place the international community before its responsibilities on such issue.
