A young woman was martyred and a young man was wounded, early Monday morning, by Israeli occupation forces´ bullets in the Beituniya area, west of Ramallah governorate.
The Ministry of Health said that the young woman was shot in the head.
According to the ministry, the martyr is Sanaa al-Tal, 19, from the town of al-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron.
According to local sources, an Israeli force fired at a vehicle carrying the girl and the young man, which led to her death, wounding the young man and arresting him, without knowing his health condition.
Medical transferred the martyr´s body to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah teams.
An Israeli military spokesman claimed that the vehicle refused to stop during a routine activity by its forces in the area, and rushed towards its forces and shots were fired at it.
