A German pilot died on Saturday after his plane crashed during a flight review in the central Polish city of Block.
The TVN 24 quoted images showing the Russian-style Yakovlev Yak-52 flying into the air and falling in a vertical position from a high altitude in a river.
For his part, a spokesman for the review agency told the Polish Press Agency (BAB) that the dead pilot pilot, and was working earlier in the company Lufthansa, and said that the cause of the incident is still not fully known so far.
A spokesman for the firefighters said the man was alone on board.
The review was interrupted after the incident.
