Today, Sunday, the Israeli Cabinet approved the report submitted by Defense Minister Benny Gantz, deducting funds from the Palestinian Authority’s clearinghouse, which the latter transferred to the families of martyrs and prisoners.
According to the seventh Hebrew channel, the report prepared by the economic authorities in the Ministry of the Army, the Palestinian Authority transferred 597 million shekels during the year 2020, in favor of the families of the martyrs and prisoners, on the pretext that it is indirect support for “terrorism.”
She indicated that after the decision is approved, those funds will be deducted every month from the clearing funds transferred to the Palestinian Authority.
