In the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus in Palestine, today, Sunday, she stated that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 87.5%, while the rate of active infections reached 11.7%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
Minister Al-Kaila indicated that 5 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (a 58-year-old citizen from al-Yamoun in the Jenin governorate, an 81-year-old citizen from Idhna in the Hebron governorate, a 57-year-old citizen from Nablus, an 81-year-old citizen from Beit Fajjar, and a 59-year-old citizen from Deheisheh in Bethlehem governorate) In addition to an 88-year-old citizen from Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip.
With regard to recovery cases, the Ministry recorded 273 cases in the northern governorates (82 Hebron, 31 Jenin, 3 Tubas, 11 Salfit, 30 Tulkarm, 40 Qalqilya, 76 Bethlehem), in addition to 63 cases in the Gaza Strip.
She added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (47), Nablus Governorate (53), Bethlehem Governorate (16), Qalqilya Governorate (16), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (29), Jenin (31), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (22). ), Salfit (7), Tubas (6), Tulkarm (36), the Gaza Strip (119), and the suburbs of Jerusalem (7).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 40 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 6 patients, who are connected to artificial respirators.
