The death toll from a dam collapse in a Brazilian iron ore mine has risen to 58 and 305 people remain missing, civil defense officials said on Sunday.
The death toll is likely to rise as rescue teams - consisting of 200 firefighters and 13 helicopters - were unable to find more survivors.
Rescuers had stopped earlier on Sunday as a precautionary measure as there were fears a second dam could collapse in the area.
The dam, near the town of Bromadinho, collapsed on Friday, causing a muddy stream to flow through the area, flooding roads and houses with mud.
