The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced today, Friday, the registration of 4 deaths, 210 new infections with the Corona virus, and 182 cases of recovery during the last 24 hours.
In the epidemiological report on the virus in Palestine, Minister Al-Kaila indicated that four deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip as a result of the virus, while the new infections were recorded as follows: Jenin 6, Nablus 10, Tulkarm 1, Hebron 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Gaza Gaza 191.
She pointed out that there are 14 patients in intensive care rooms, including two patients on artificial respirators, while 24 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in hospitals in the West Bank, indicating that the recovery rate from the virus in Palestine reached 97.5%, while the percentage of active infections reached 1.4 %, and the death rate is 1.1% of all injuries.
With regard to the citizens who received anti-Coronavirus vaccines, Al-Kaila indicated that their total number in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 407,864, including 249,039 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
