Israeli occupation forces arrested four palestinians in Jenin and Nablus provinces early Tuesday, including brothers.
According to local sources, the occupying army arrested the two liberated brothers Bilal and Bassam Abu Dhiab from the town of Kafr Ra´i in Jenin.
