3,000 children from Jerusalem benefit from the summer school program provided by the Jerusalem Waqf and Charity Agency.

The activities of the summer school program organized by the Jerusalem Waqf and Charity Agency concluded in the city of Jerusalem. The program lasted for four weeks under the slogan "Promoting Unity and Solidarity Values" and benefited more than 3,000 boys and girls. They were distributed across 4 schools and 9 camping centers throughout the various neighborhoods and areas of the city.

Funded by the Kingdom of Morocco, the program aimed to emphasize the role of schools in spreading unity and solidarity values among Palestinian generations. It created the largest gathering of children of its kind in Jerusalem in terms of both the number of participants and the quality of guidance.

The program, which involved the Directorate of Education and various social institutions in Jerusalem, included recreational and leisure activities such as children's games and family activities, intellectual games, activation evenings, carnivals, puppet theater, with wide participation from specialized artists.

The program also included educational and training sessions, featuring thematic workshops in fields such as arts, music, theater, sports, as well as sessions focused on living languages, virtuous practices for environmental conservation and balance, and communication and media techniques.

As part of the program, the Moroccan Cultural Center Association - Beit Al-Maghrib, in cooperation with major social clubs in Jerusalem, organized the "Green March" festival in areas like Beit Hanina, Al-Eisawiya, Jabal Al-Mukaber, and Haret Al-Nassara. The festival witnessed a significant presence of families and local artists. The agency strives to involve them in its artistic and entertaining activities during the holy month of Ramadan and other times, supporting their meaningful and beneficial artistic endeavors.
