Uprooting and chopping down more than 50 olive trees in Hebron and Salfit

The Committee to Combat the Wall and Settlement reported that settlers cut down and uprooted olive trees in Salfit and Hebron on Sunday.

She said on her Facebook page that settlers cut down more than 30 olive trees on lands in the town of Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit.

In Hebron, settlers from "Ma´on" settlement uprooted and destroyed more than 20 olive trees owned by Hatem Mahmoud Ibrahim Makhamra in the Al-Tuwana area east of Yatta, according to the commission. She added that Makhamra had his room demolished twice, his tents confiscated, and his trees cut down several times.
