The Gaza Strip´s Health Ministry on Monday reported two deaths and 98 new cases of mers-CoV in the last 24 hours.
In its daily report, the Ministry indicated that a total of 56 cases of in-hospital medical care were in need of medical care, 24 of which were serious and critical.
She noted that 83 new cases of hiv recovery had been recorded.
The central laboratory had examined 1,525 new samples during the same period.
This brings the total number of people living with HIV in the Gaza Strip since March to 55,276, including 1,750 active cases, 52,974 recovery and 552 deaths.
