Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Health announced that 9 deaths and 1623 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded, after examining 5,600 samples.
5 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Bethlehem 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Nablus 2, Tulkarm 1), 3 deaths in Jerusalem, and one death in the Gaza Strip.
According to the ministry, 110 patients are in intensive care, and 33 are on artificial respirators.
In the last 24 hours, the Ministry recorded 1,209 recoveries, distributed by 295 in Jerusalem, 786 in the West Bank, and 128 in the Gaza Strip.
The Minister of Health said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 91.2%, while the rate of active infections reached 7.8%, and the death rate was 1.0% of all infections.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Tulkarm 82, Bethlehem 127, Hebron 143, Jerusalem suburbs 56, Jericho and Al Aghwar 19, Jenin 57, Salfit 64, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 216, Qalqilya 29, Nablus 100, Tubas 17, Gaza Strip 151, Jerusalem 562.
