The occupation forces arrested 21 Palestinian citizens in the West Bank and Jerusalem

Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 21 Palestinian citizens, after they raided and searched their homes and tampered with their contents in separate areas of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

In its statement to the media, the occupation army stated that its soldiers had arrested a number of Palestinians in the West Bank, who had been transferred to the security services for investigation under the pretext of participating in popular resistance actions against the occupation forces and settlers.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the city of Qalqilya (in the northern West Bank), and arrested both: Abd al-Rahman Hijjawi, the freed prisoner Abdullah Woil, in addition to the liberated prisoner Qassem Soy, a brother of two martyrs.

In Tulkarm (to the north), the occupation forces arrested: Muhammad Abu Sabil from the "Tulkarm" Palestinian refugee camp, and Fadi Jabawi, and Uday Qasim Abu Shumukh from the "Nour Shams" refugee camp, east of the city.

From Nablus (to the north), the occupation forces arrested Muhammad Hashash from the "Balata" refugee camp, east of the city.

In Jenin (north), a young man was wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets in the foot during the clashes that erupted after the storming of the "Jenin" camp. The occupation arrested the young Imran Imad Saqer, after raiding and searching his house in "Wadi Burqin", west of the city.

A young man was injured, after midnight last night, with a teargas canister in the head, in the clashes that erupted after the occupation forces stormed the city of Tubas (in the north), and was transferred to the hospital for treatment, while 12 others suffered from suffocation, and were treated in the field.

In the Bethlehem governorate (to the south), the occupation forces arrested the 16-year-old boy, Qusay Ali Taqatqa, after they raided his family’s home and searched him in the town of "Beit Fajar", south of Bethlehem.

Yesterday, the occupation forces arrested Sherine Al-Araj, 49, from the village of Al-Walaja, northwest of Bethlehem, in front of the Occupation Court in occupied Jerusalem, where she had summoned her after her return to the Palestinian territories after being denied entry for a period of five years.

In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests, which focused in the "Shuafat" refugee camp, in the northeast of the city.

The "Wadi Hilweh Information Center" reported that the occupation forces stormed "Shuafat" camp at dawn, raided several homes, and executed arrest warrants for a number of the camp´s youths.

He added that the occupation forces arrested: Moataz Jaradat, Yazan Sayara, Baraa Sayara, Hamza Jaradat, Mahmoud Alqam, Hamido Alqam, Yassin Taha, Qutaiba Farhan, and Muhammad Farroukh.

Yesterday evening, the two young men, Fadi Kashour and Hussam Yaghmour, were arrested as they passed through the "Shuafat" military camp checkpoint.
