The death rate from Corona virus in Palestine reached 1.1% of all infections, after 14 new deaths were recorded today, Saturday, in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health said in its daily report that it had recorded 449 new infections, bringing the rate of active injuries to 5.6%, and the recovery rate of 93.3%, after 686 cases recovered during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated that it had conducted 3069 examinations, that patients were in intensive care, 73, and patients were on artificial respirators 19.
Eight deaths were recorded in the West Bank (the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Jenin 2, Hebron 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Bethlehem 1, Tubas 1), and 6 deaths in the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health indicated that new injuries were recorded as follows: Tulkarm (22), Salfit (9), the suburbs of Jerusalem (17), Jenin (18), Nablus (31), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (55), Bethlehem (11), Hebron (13), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (1), Qalqilya (3), Tubas (1), Gaza Strip (268).
She added that the new cases of recovery were divided according to the following: Tulkarm (38), Salfit (33), the suburbs of Jerusalem (0), Jenin (50), Nablus (107), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (26), Bethlehem (32), Hebron ( 41), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (5), Qalqilya (0), Tubas (9), and the Gaza Strip (345).
