The Prisoners and Executives Affairs Authority reported, today, Monday, that the freed prisoner, Muhammad Salah El-Din, from the town of Hizma, had died because of his suffering from cancer and its complications during his detention.
The commission noted that the occupation authorities released the prisoner, Salah El-Din, several months ago, after the disease became widespread in his body and did not provide him with the necessary treatments during his detention, but rather practiced intentional and real medical negligence against him.
