occupation renewed shelling of a number of sites in the Gaza Strip

The occupation army renewed its bombardment of the Gaza Strip at dawn today, Sunday, targeting a navy site southwest of Gaza City with several missiles from warplanes, and a resistance monitoring point east of Gaza City and a resistance position west of Khan Yunis were bombed and a site in the Al-Muharrat area between the west Khan Yunis and Rafah.

The occupation army fired one shell on Saturday evening at least at a monitoring point of the field control forces of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, east of the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip.

The bombing did not cause any injuries, while it caused damage to the target location.

This comes after a missile was fired earlier from Gaza, towards the city of Ashkelon, which is adjacent to the northern border of the Strip, where it fell in an open area without injuries or damage.
