On Saturday, the number of Coronavirus cases exceeded 1,486 cases in the West Bank and Gaza, while the deaths reached 14 cases, after examining 5076 samples.
The Health Ministry said in its daily report that the number of new recoveries reached 504, bringing the rate of recovery from Corona in Palestine to 84.94%, while the rate of active injuries reached 14.22%, and the death rate was 0.84%.
10 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (3 citizens from Hebron governorate, 4 citizens from Nablus governorate, 2 citizens from Jenin governorate, a citizen from Tubas), in addition to 4 citizens from the Gaza Strip.
Regarding recovery cases, 279 cases were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 41, Jenin 26, Nablus 27, Tulkarm 13, Salfit 16, Bethlehem 101, Tubas 4, the suburbs of Jerusalem 51), Gaza Strip 225.
The Ministry of Health indicated that the new injuries were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (25), Nablus Governorate (212), Bethlehem Governorate (91), Qalqilya Governorate (23), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (95), Jenin (68), Jericho and Al-Aghwar ( 10), Salfit (5), Tulkarm (17), Tubas (33), the Gaza Strip (891), and the suburbs of Jerusalem (16).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 51 patients in intensive care rooms, including 9 patients on artificial respirators.
