Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Health recorded 5 deaths and 726 new infections with the Coronavirus, after examining 4494 samples.
The ministry said that the deaths were recorded for a citizen of Yatta (85 years), a citizen of Jericho (73 years), and a citizen of Bethlehem (89 years), in addition to two deaths in al-Tur and Silwan in Jerusalem.
The Ministry of Health announced the registration of 296 recoveries during the last 24 hours in all governorates of the country. She said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 70.3%, while the rate of active infections reached 29.1%, and the death rate was 0.6% of all infections.
It indicated that the new injuries were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (63), Nablus Governorate (63), Bethlehem Governorate (54), Qalqiliya Governorate (39), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (116), Jenin (31), Tubas (16) ), Salfit (13), Tulkarm (59), the Gaza Strip (90), the suburbs of Jerusalem (58), and the city of Jerusalem (124).
The Ministry of Health continued that new cases of recovery were recorded in: Hebron Governorate (64), Jenin Governorate (19), Salfit Governorate (12), Jerusalem City (183), and Gaza Strip (18).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 44 patients in intensive care rooms, including 10 patients on artificial respirators.
