Today, Saturday, the Palestinian Minister of Health announced that three deaths, 498 new infections with the Coronavirus, and 112 recoveries had been recorded during the last 24 hours.
Minister May Al-Kailah added that two deaths were announced this morning for a patient from the Hebron governorate and a patient from the Nablus governorate, while a third death was recorded for a patient in Jabal al-Mukaber in Jerusalem.
It indicated that the new casualties were distributed as follows: Hebron Governorate (104), Nablus Governorate (91), Bethlehem Governorate (32) Qalqilya Governorate (8), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (28), Jericho and Al Aghwar Governorate (1), Jenin Governorate. (3), Tulkarm Governorate (36), Jerusalem Governorate (194), including 179 inside Jerusalem, Gaza Strip (1).
And the Minister of Health added that new recoveries were recorded in: Jenin Governorate (5), Jerusalem City (106), and Gaza Strip (1).
The Minister of Health stated that the rate of recovery reached 59.9%, while the rate of active injuries reached 39.5%, and deaths were 0.6% of all injuries recorded in Palestine.
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 22 patients in intensive care rooms, including 5 patients on artificial respirators.
