The occupation government reduced the fishing area in Gaza to 8 miles

Today, Wednesday, the Israeli government announced reducing the fishing area in the Gaza Sea to 8 miles, and the government said, "The decision comes in response to the launch of incendiary balloons from Gaza."

The official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation said that the Minister of "Defense" Benny Gantz had ordered to reduce the fishing area from 15 to 8 miles, immediately and until further notice .

The occupation government closed the Karam Abu Salem crossing on Tuesday morning, under the same pretext .

Gaza fishermen suffer from the continuous harassment of the occupation, and the occupation authorities deliberately reduce the distances that fishermen are allowed to travel in order to catch fish .

And the occupation government takes such decisions, as part of the restrictions imposed on the Gaza Strip, which has been besieged since 2006.
