At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces arrested 11 citizens during a raid on homes, interrogating freed prisoners and members of the Legislative Council and threatening them with arrest.
According to local sources, the forces stormed the town of Qaqin, north of Tulkarem, and arrested citizens Mustafa Touma and Imad Ibrahim Touma, director general of the Ministry of Prisoners and Liberators Affairs in Tulkarem province, who spent 12 years in captivity.
At the Za´atra checkpoint south of Nablus, the forces arrested Firas Abdul Khaleq, from the town of Deir al-Ghasun, north of Tulkarem.
In Doha, east of Bethlehem, forces arrested ahmed Abdulhadi Shamroukh.
In Ramallah, the forces arrested six citizens, Azmi Sofyan Shreith, Musa Ladadwa, Mohammed and his brother Saif Ladadwa from the village of Al-Mazraa al-Gharbia in the north, Abdul Aziz Sobh and Jalal Abdel Moez from Slawd in the east, after israeli forces raided and searched their homes.
Israeli forces stormed the town of Al-Issawiya in Jerusalem, stormed the house of Amjad Mohisin and destroyed its contents, arrested his son, editor Naseem Muheisen, 22, and human rights lawyer Ahmed Khalifa from um al-Fahm in the northern triangle inside the Green Line.
In the same vein, israeli forces, accompanied by intelligence officers, stormed the homes of members of the Legislative Council, Fathi al-Qurawi of Noor Shams camp east of Tulkarem, and Mp Engineer Abdul Rahman Zidan and editor Salameh Badran from Deir al-Ghsun, north of Tulkarem, and threatened to arrest them if they participated in any activities.
