The Ministry of Health announced today, Monday, that it had recorded 244 new cases of coronavirus and 527 cases of recovery in the last 24 hours.
In its daily report on the epidemiological situation, the Ministry stated that 44.9% of those infected with Coronavirus had recovered, while the active infection rate was 54.6%, and deaths were 0.5%.
She explained that the new casualties were distributed in the governorates: Jerusalem 27, Hebron 131, Nablus 14, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 14, Bethlehem 1, Qalqilya 2, Jenin 10, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 42, Tulkarem 1, Salfit 1, Tubas 1.
She noted that new healing cases were recorded in the governorates: Hebron 225, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 220, Jenin 6, Qalqilya 76.
The Ministry of Health added that 9 patients are being treated in intensive care rooms, including two on respiratory equipment.
