Thousands gather in central Ramallah, rejecting the deal of the century.

Thousands of citizens gathered, this afternoon, Tuesday, at Al-Manara Square, in the center of Ramallah, in support of President Mahmoud Abbas at the Security Council, and against the deal of the century.

Thousands of citizens came from various governorates of the West Bank, in response to the invitation of the Fatah movement and the national forces, where a rhetorical festival was organized in central Ramallah.

Participants raised the flags of Palestine, loudspeakers released national songs rejecting the deal of the century, and held banners rejecting the deal and pictures of President Abbas during the festival.

Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh, in a speech to him: "Just as we dropped the liquidation projects for our cause, we will drop the deal of the century, and we will remain loyal to this land and the city of Jerusalem, which is the closest point to the sky, and we will remain loyal to the Palestinian valleys dear to us."

Shtayyeh added: "Today, the West Bank and Gaza, in the Beddawi and Nahr al-Bared camps and all the Diaspora camps, we are not nihilists, we say not only, but we also say yes to the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital and the return of refugees."

The Prime Minister continued: "Today we are in an exceptional unitary position. All the PLO and Islamic factions are united behind President Mahmoud Abbas, and we say to him today, this is the pause of our people with all its spectrum, and we are behind you."

And Shtayyeh added: "A salute to the Arab and African peoples who supported our people and to all the countries of Europe that stood with us and rejected the deal of the century, and salute our prisoners in all prisons."

As for the deputy head of the Fatah movement, Mahmoud Al-Aloul, he stressed in a speech to him that the message today is that we are behind President Mahmoud Abbas and against the deal of the century, and it is a totally rejected deal. He said: “No one can give up Jerusalem, the Jordan Valley and the right of return, for this he said Abu Mazen is his firm stance, not to this deal, not to America or to Trump. "

Al-Aloul continued, "This crowd came out today confirming that all the pressure exerted on us will not push us to give up our land and the constants of the nation. We are aware of the conditions of the Arab nation, but we hope that no one will impede our steadfastness, and that Trump will not be able to pass his deal through any of the Arab brothers." .

Al-Aloul said: "Our main enemy is the American policy and the Israeli occupation, and we will fail this deal with the solidity and challenge of the Palestinian people, and we bet on that, so we must arrange our internal house and make a lineup and internal harmony between us, in order to protect this land and protect the hopes of the martyrs."

And he continued, "The past days have witnessed an initiative for national unity by President Abbas to send a delegation to the Gaza Strip, but unfortunately they did not receive the initiative, but we will try and continue."
