Dozens of extremist settlers stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the side of the Mugrabi Gate, Sunday, with heavy security guard by the occupation police and its armed forces.
The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem reported that 44 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning period, organized provocative tours in different parts of its courtyards, and received explanations about the alleged "Temple" . The occupation police provided complete protection to the settlers as they stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, starting from entering through the Mughrabi Gate and touring the courtyards of the mosque and ending with their exit from the Bab al-Silsila chain . At 07:00 am, the Israeli police opened the Mughrabi Gate, and deployed elements and its special forces inside the mosque and at its outer gates, to secure the settlers ’raids . The occupying forces continue to impose restrictions on Palestinian worshipers entering Al-Aqsa Mosque, and their identities are held at its external gates, especially women and youth .
